根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)形式可分為：電動軟密封球閥和電動硬密封球閥兩類。軟密封球閥主要適用于溫度低于250度以內(nèi)的介質(zhì)。硬密封球閥主要適用于250度以上的介質(zhì) According to the structure, it can be divided into two types: electric soft seal ball valve and electric hard seal ball valve. 電動法蘭球閥密封性能優(yōu)良、流通能力大、裝卸維護(hù)方便、流阻小、密封可靠，甚至切斷。電動法蘭球閥體積小、重量輕、推力大、功能強(qiáng)、伺服放大器內(nèi)裝、操作方便、可靠性高，球閥與執(zhí)行器采用直連方式，內(nèi)置伺服系統(tǒng)，無須另配伺服放大器，輸入輸出信號4-20mA及220VAC電源即可控制運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。電動法蘭球閥具有連線簡單、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、動作穩(wěn)定可靠等優(yōu)點(diǎn) The electric flanged ball valve has excellent sealing performance, large flow capacity, convenient handling and maintenance, small flow resistance, reliable sealing and even cut-off. （1）流體阻力小，即使是縮徑球閥，其流體阻力也相當(dāng)小 The fluid resistance is small, even for the reduced diameter ball valve, its fluid resistance is also quite small

（2）止推軸承減小閥桿摩擦力矩，可使閥桿長期操作平衡靈活 The thrust bearing reduces the friction torque of the valve rod, which can make the valve rod balance and flexible for long-term operation

（3）閥座密封性能好，采用聚四氟乙烯等材料制成的密封圈，結(jié)構(gòu)易于密封，而且球閥的閥封能力隨著介質(zhì)壓力的增設(shè)而增大 The sealing performance of the valve seat is good. The sealing ring made of polytetrafluoroethylene and other materials is easy to seal, and the sealing capacity of the ball valve increases with the increase of the medium pressure

（4）閥桿密封可靠，由于閥桿只作旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動而不做升降運(yùn)動，閥桿的填料密封不易破壞，且密封能力隨著介質(zhì)的壓力增設(shè)而增大 The valve rod is sealed reliably. Because the valve rod only rotates without lifting, the packing seal of the valve rod is not easy to be damaged, and the sealing capacity increases with the increase of medium pressure

（5）由于聚四氟乙烯等材料具有良好的自潤滑性，與球體的摩擦損失小，幫球閥的使用壽命長 Due to the good self-lubrication of PTFE and other materials, the friction loss with the ball is small, and the service life of the ball valve is long

（6）下裝式閥桿和閥桿頭部凸階防止閥桿噴出，如火災(zāi)造成閥桿密封破壞，凸階與閥體間還可形成金屬接觸，確保閥桿密封 The bottom-mounted valve stem and the convex step of the valve stem head prevent the valve stem from spraying out. If the valve stem seal is damaged by fire, the metal contact between the convex step and the valve body can also be formed to ensure the valve stem seal
