進口電動螺紋陶瓷球閥性能特點 Performance characteristics

1.密封性能：球芯和閥座配對研磨，貼合度極高，密封優(yōu)良。因球閥開關(guān)時有刮板作用，不易發(fā)生卡阻泄漏現(xiàn)象.

2.耐磨性能，耐腐蝕性能：球芯和閥座均采用高硬度、高性能的氧化鋁陶瓷，耐磨性和耐腐蝕性特佳，球芯和閥座不容易因磨損和腐蝕導(dǎo)至密封失效，密封壽命長達10萬次以上

3.啟閉扭矩：①球芯和閥座配對研磨，貼合度極高，需很小作用力就可以達到密封要求；② 球芯和密封座結(jié)構(gòu)及減背壓技術(shù). 上述兩點直接的結(jié)果是球閥的啟閉扭矩遠遠小于傳統(tǒng)球閥，僅為傳統(tǒng)球閥的1/4.
