進(jìn)口蛇形彈性聯(lián)軸器產(chǎn)品用途 Product use

彈性蛇簧聯(lián)軸器以蛇形彈簧片軸向嵌入兩半聯(lián)軸節(jié)的齒槽內(nèi)，來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)主動(dòng)軸與從動(dòng)軸的聯(lián)接。運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，是靠原動(dòng)端齒面對(duì)簧片的周向作用力帶動(dòng)從動(dòng)端，來(lái)傳遞權(quán)矩，如此在很大程度上避免了共振現(xiàn)象發(fā)生，且簡(jiǎn)片在傳遞掃矩時(shí)所產(chǎn)生的彈性變形，使機(jī)械系統(tǒng)能獲得較好的減振效果，其平均減振率達(dá)36%以上。蛇形彈簧片采用*質(zhì)彈簧鋼制造，經(jīng)嚴(yán)格的加工處理、具有良好的機(jī)械性能，使聯(lián)軸器的使用壽命比非金屬?gòu)椥栽?lián)軸器大為增長(zhǎng)。The elastic serpentine spring coupling is embedded in the tooth slots of the two coupling halves axially with serpentine springs to achieve the connection of the driving shaft and the driven shaft.
