進(jìn)口油用電磁閥控制原理--

常閉：normal close

當(dāng)線圈通電時(shí)，先導(dǎo)閥芯吸合，先導(dǎo)孔打開，閥上腔卸壓，活塞靠下腔介質(zhì)壓力推動(dòng)，電磁閥打開。當(dāng)線圈斷電時(shí)，先導(dǎo)閥芯靠彈簧復(fù)位，先導(dǎo)孔關(guān)閉，閥上腔由活塞節(jié)流孔增壓和復(fù)位彈簧的推力，電磁閥關(guān)閉When the coil is energized, the pilot valve core is closed, the pilot hole opens, the upper chamber of the valve is depressurized, the piston is pushed by the medium pressure in the lower chamber, and the solenoid valve opens. 常開 normally open

線圈不易燒毀，提高閥的可靠性并能防水、防潮，不易燒毀;

線圈啟動(dòng)閥芯同時(shí)拉動(dòng)活塞，在零壓時(shí)都能正常工作;

介質(zhì)溫度：-10~+80℃（+300℃，可選）

密封材質(zhì)：聚四氟乙烯（PTFE)，丁腈橡膠（NBR）

注：出口端壓力大于進(jìn)口端壓力，介質(zhì)會(huì)反向?qū)ā？砂惭b止回閥。
