標(biāo)際藥包材透氧儀依據(jù)GB/T 19789-2005設(shè)計(jì)和制造，采用庫(kù)侖電量法原理。適用于塑料薄膜、片材及塑料瓶袋等包裝容器在空氣中或純氧中的透氧性測(cè)試。
標(biāo)際藥包材透氧儀符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：GB/T 19789-2005 、ASTM D 3985、 ASTM F2622 、ASTM F 1927 、ASTM F 1307 、ISO 15105-2 、YBB00082003、DIN 53380-3 、JIS K-7126-B等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
標(biāo)際藥包材透氧儀設(shè)計(jì)原理：電量法原理，國(guó)際流行測(cè)試方法，測(cè)試腔分上下兩部分，薄膜固定在中間，高純氧氣在薄膜的上腔流動(dòng)，高純氮?dú)庠诒∧さ南虑涣鲃?dòng)，氧分子透過薄膜擴(kuò)散到另一側(cè)的氮?dú)庵?，被流?dòng)的氮?dú)鈹y帶至傳感器，通過對(duì)傳感器測(cè)量到的氧氣濃度進(jìn)行分析，從而計(jì)算出氧氣透過量。對(duì)于包裝容器而言，氮?dú)鈩t在容器內(nèi)流動(dòng)，空氣或高純氧氣包圍在容器的外側(cè)。
標(biāo)際藥包材透氧儀操作界面：良好的數(shù)據(jù)分析功能，能識(shí)別外部因素造成的波動(dòng)并能標(biāo)識(shí)和剔除，所有測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)均訥訥個(gè)自動(dòng)保存到數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。試驗(yàn)報(bào)告采用分時(shí)段截取試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)并顯示相關(guān)波形圖，方便用戶分析。
